Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in concept development and design ideation
• Create visual designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements
• Produce design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process
• Collaborate with management to refine the user experience
• Work with web developers and engineers to deliver the final product
• Assist in project coordination across functional teams
• A good understanding of the Internet landscape and audience trends is key.
• The role involves close liaison with Marketing Management.
• In addition a strong understanding of online Branding and how design standards need to be applied to complex and global products is required.
• The role will involve both high-level conceptual thinking and more hands on production related tasks – we are seeking a Designer who is happy to get ‘hands on’ and follow projects though from ideas to implementation.
• The desire to work in a fun and evolving environment coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities is key, as is a diplomatic mindset and sense of humor.
